Slime recently teamed with Will Higman, an experienced off-road racecar driver and SCORE International Off-road Racing competitor. Last year, Will Higman and his team put Slime Tube Sealant to the test in grueling conditions of hard rock and rugged desert terrain. With Slime inside the tire, Higman drove the off-road racecar over 2 ¾ inch nails protruding from a wooden board and witnessed the remarkable performance of Slime Tube Sealant. “The Slime instantly sealed the multiple punctures in the tires, and the tires remained properly inflated,” Higman stated. The racing team left the punctured tires on the Reliable Lumber Slime Crocodile class 10 off-road racecar and proceeded to drive an additional 100 miles in full race conditions, often exceeding 100 mph, and the punctured tires performed flawlessly with no loss in tire pressure. With full confidence in the ability of Slime Tube Sealant to prevent and repair flats, Higman competed in the 2006 Las Vegas PRIMM 300 Off-Road Race with Slime inside the tires.
