S.P.E.C., Inc Clutches and Flywheels introduces a line of performance clutches and flywheels for the Delta platform Chevy Cobalt, Cobalt SS, Saturn Ion, Ion Redline and Kappa platform Pontiac Solstice, Saturn Sky.

The clutch kits are available in 7 different single disc stages, supporting all power levels and drivability requirements up to 650 pound feet torque, and two different multidisc stages for up to 1200 pound feet torque. The kits feature a non-SAC mechanism pressure plate which, deviating from the original design, provides a lighter rotating assembly, higher rpm capability and multiple clamp load levels.  Included in the kits is a billet flywheel that features a lightweight, low MOI design and rebuildability.  The industry leading .001 machine tolerance ensures perfect rotational integrity under the most extreme conditions. 

Tests have shown that even the entry level Stage 1 package is good for 10 wheel horsepower over an original unit, making the package good for even non-modified vehicles.   Modified vehicles have benefited from as much as 20 wheel pound feet torque.
