All Sales at RaceIndustry.com are final. The amount paid is for advertising space on the website. Upon expiration of the term of the contract, agreements automatically renew for same length as the initial term, unless notice of non-renewal is given at least (30) days prior to expiration of initial or renewal term. Advertiser authorizes invoicing or any changes to credit card(s) following these terms. Advertiser is liable for all attorney fees incurred in the collection of overdue balances.

If a customer would like to cancel, they can cancel the contract from future automatic renewal.
