• Magazine's MINIMUM CIRCULATION must be 100,000 copies per month to qualify.
• Must notify Digital Performance Inc. within 15 DAYS after magazine release to qualify.

• Incomplete submissions will be discarded.
• A maximum of $550.00 paid per person, per month. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Sponsorship program applies to individual achievement only. Team and club achievement will not be considered.
• Reader's Rides in magazine does not qualify you for the reward.
• Decals must be on the car prior to the magazine photo shoots.
• Magazine's event coverage photos are not valid for the sponsorship program.
• Claim must be postdated within 15 days after magazine hits the stand.
• Claim is limited to one per magazine.
• For all claims, the RaceIndustry.com decal must be fully displayed, prominent, and legible in the photo to be eligible.
• Digital Performance Inc. reserves the right to withhold all payments until claims are verified.
• Digital Performance Inc. reserves the right to refuse any participants to be included in the program. Please allow 8-12 weeks for check delivery.
• Digital Performance Inc. reserves all legal rights to prosecute any false claims. False claims WILL BE prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• All images submitted will become sole property of Digital Performance Inc.
• Offshore magazines will qualify for only 50% of reward payout because of verification issues.
